Cocaine Anonymous is a twelve-step fellowship for people recovering from addiction to cocaine and all other mind-altering substances. Despite its name, CA welcomes anyone with a desire to stop using, whatever the drug.

A meeting is peer support, not medical care. If you’ve been drinking or using heavily for a long time, stopping suddenly can be risky — some withdrawal needs medical attention, and alcohol withdrawal in particular can be dangerous. If you feel unwell or unsafe, contact a doctor or your local emergency number.

Are CA meetings free and anonymous?
Yes. CA meetings are free to attend — no dues, fees, referral, or insurance needed — and anonymity is a core principle, so you can come as you are. Anyone who wants help is welcome.
Can I attend CA meetings online?
Many CA groups meet online as well as in person. The official CA finder lists current online meetings.
Is Cocaine Anonymous only for cocaine or crack?
No — CA is for anyone who wants to stop using cocaine and other mind-altering substances, so cocaine doesn't have to be your only struggle to belong.
Do I have to be religious to join CA?
No. CA welcomes people of any religion or none. The program is usually described as spiritual rather than religious, and many areas offer secular, agnostic, or non-religious meetings.
